Green Acres of Allendale, an Assisted Living Community, is looking for a cook to work 330pm-730pm for 8-16-hours per week. This position would also require working an every other weekend and holiday rotation. The ideal candidate must love working as a team, find joy working with the elderly, is attentive to details, & has great time management skills. The Cook’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, prepping, cooking, and serving meals for 20 residents, cleaning the kitchen and dining room areas, adhering to federal and state health regulations, and maintaining proper food storage and handling. All employees are eligible for the following benefits: dental, and vision insurance; PTO, and 401K contributions after 90 days of employment. Candidates must be 18 years or older and be able to pass a criminal background check.
