Position Overview

Chestnut Fields Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Part-Time Direct Care Workers to join our team. Openings are available on all shifts, with flexible scheduling and consistent hours.

• Hours: every other weekend only
• Schedule: holiday rotation

Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $17.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility)
• Follow individualized care plans and report any changes
• Assist with medication administration (training provided)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• No certification required – paid training provided
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
