Retirement Living Management owns and manages sixteen retirement and assisted living communities throughout Michigan. We utilize a high-dignity model of care with each of our residents, and we are dedicated to fostering an environment that values their identity and personal independence. We provide Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory and Specialty Care, Long-term Care, and Respite Care solutions for families. Assisted Living

Our Assisted Living Homes pair private living spaces with 24-hour personal assistance by devoted caregivers. Our staff will handle medication administration, weekly housekeeping, laundry, and personal care services. Residents enjoy three home-cooked meals per day, a variety of activities including trivia and exercise groups, outdoor recreation, and public transportation options. An emergency call system is also installed and made available for every resident.

Independent Living

We provide Independent Living residents with a variety of spacious living options! Choose from private, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment includes:
  • Private balcony or patio
  • Walking areas for outdoor recreation
  • Access to our centrally located community dining area where three meals are served daily
  • Washer/Dryer
  • Bathrooms with accessible showers
  • Individually monitored heat/air conditioning
  • Basic cable
  • 24-hour emergency response system

Apartments are also equipped with personal kitchenettes for residents to make their own meals and snacks! 

Independent living apartments are only available at the Green Acres location in Ionia. Independent services are provided at all of our senior communities throughout Michigan

Memory Care

Many of our communities are specially equipped to address and support the needs of residents experiencing memory loss, Alzheimer’s, or Dementia. We are dedicated to providing a safe, secure environment and personal assistance for each of our residents. All apartments are designed to accommodate any special needs while still maintaining the independence of each individual.

Respite care

Being a caregiver 24/7 can be exhausting. That’s why each of our communities offers Respite Care. Respite Care offers a temporary relief period for families or caregivers who will be leaving for a vacation, are experiencing hospitalization, or simply need a break from the day-to-day demands of caring for a loved one.
